FixGo is a platform connecting clients with professional experts in Tunisia. We facilitate the connection but are not a party in the contractual relationship between clients and experts.

• FixGo acts solely as an intermediary
• Contracts are concluded directly between clients and experts
• FixGo does not guarantee the quality of services
• Payments are secured through our platform

3. Registration and Account

To use certain features of FixGo, you must create an account:

• You must be at least 18 years old
• Information provided must be accurate and up to date
• You are responsible for the security of your account
• Only one account per person is allowed
• FixGo reserves the right to suspend or delete any account

• FixGo charges a commission on each transaction

All content on FixGo (logos, texts, graphics, images) is protected by copyright and belongs to FixGo or its partners. Any unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

7. Limitation of Liability

FixGo cannot be held responsible for:

• Damages resulting from the use of the platform
• Indirect financial losses
• Service interruptions or technical problems

8. Termination

You can delete your account at any time. FixGo reserves the right to suspend or terminate your access in case of violation of these terms.

9. Modifications

FixGo reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of important changes by email or notification on the platform.

10. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by Tunisian law. Any dispute will be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Tunis.
