Click "Sign Up", choose your role (Client or Expert), fill in your personal details and create a password. A 6-digit verification code will be sent to your email. Enter it to activate your account. You can also sign up using Google or Facebook.
Yes, experts can submit their professional documents (ID, diplomas, certifications) for verification by our team. Verified experts display a trust badge on their profile.
Yes, FixGo is completely free for both clients and experts. No registration fees, no subscriptions, and no commissions. Quotes are free and non-binding.
FixGo is available in 24 Tunisian cities including Tunis, Ariana, Ben Arous, Manouba, Sfax, Sousse, Monastir, Nabeul, Bizerte, Gabès, Kairouan and La Marsa.
FixGo offers 12 service categories: plumbing, electrical, painting, tiling, air conditioning, masonry, carpentry, locksmith, cleaning, appliance repair, moving and welding.
Once logged in, you can send messages to experts from their profile or through the Inbox in your dashboard. Conversations are linked to active orders for easy tracking.
From your dashboard or the "My Requests" page, click "New Request". Select the service category, describe your need in detail, add photos if necessary, specify your budget and location, then publish. Interested experts will send you offers.
When an expert responds to your request, an order is created. You can review the details, confirm the order, request modifications or cancel it. When you confirm, the status changes to "confirmed" and the expert is notified by email.
After confirming an order, you can leave a review with a 1 to 5 star rating and a comment. Your reviews help other clients choose the right expert.
On an expert's card or profile, click the heart icon to add them to your favorites. Find your favorite experts in your dashboard.
Yes, you can send a message to any expert from their profile. You can also view their phone number when logged into your account.
Sign up and choose the "Expert" role, complete your profile with a photo, bio, skills and coverage area. Add your services with pricing, and submit your documents for verification.
From your dashboard, go to "My Services" to add, edit or remove your services. Each service can have a title, description, price and photos.
You can create packages bundling multiple services at a fixed price. Clients can view your packages from your profile and request a quote directly.
In "Portfolio", add photos of your completed work with descriptions. A complete portfolio with quality images increases your visibility and client trust.
Track your revenue in the "Earnings" section of your dashboard. The "Wallet" shows your current balance. All transactions are recorded for your tracking.
Complete your profile to 100%, add photos of your work, collect positive reviews, and respond quickly to requests. Verify your documents to earn the trust badge.
Share your referral link from your dashboard. When a user signs up through your link, you are credited as the referrer.
